I'm having trouble receiving email repliesUpdated 4 months ago

If you have a .edu or .net email address, login to your email provider through a browser on a laptop/desktop computer and check your spam/junk folder. Our customer service email replies or order notification emails often end up in there. We reply to all emails within 24-48 hours Monday-Friday. 

If you are looking for your Order Confirmation, sometimes it can take up to 10 minutes for the transaction to process before completing. If the transaction was successful, you'll receive an email with an Order Number and the details in your order. If you still did not receive an email, check your spam folder. If you have a gmail, check the "Promotions" tab as well.
