Only part of my order shipped, how do I track the rest?Updated a year ago
You will receive order updates to the email address used when placing your order. If you ordered an item that is on backorder, our team will ship out what is available now, and the backordered item(s) separately. As soon as the backordered item is ready to go, you'll receive another shipping notification with a tracking number to your email address on file.
