Yes! All our furMe sets are covered by a standard 1-Year Limited Manufacturing warranty. In some cases, you may be offered an extended 2-Year warranty that extends the standard warranty by 1 year extra. We believe in our products and want to make sure you have the best experience possible! Check out our full warranty information here.
If you need to file a warranty claim, please review what the warranty covers before contacting us. We also encourage you to go through our troubleshooting steps online to narrow in on what issue you are having here. Otherwise, you can email us at [email protected] with the following information:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Product name
- Reason for warranty claim
- Your Order ID or Order Number as seen on your Order Confirmation email. It should begin with the letters FM. If you purchased through an Authorized Retailer, please have a copy of your proof of purchase (showing their order number) as well.
- Photo/video showing or describing the issue at hand
- Your most up to date shipping address
