You will receive order updates to the email address used when placing your order. Our warehouse team needs about 1-2 business days to process and pack your order. They work Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. If your expected shipping date has passed without a tracking update, see your order updates here.
If you ordered an item that is on backorder, our team will ship out what is available now, and the backordered item(s) separately. As soon as the backordered item is ready to go, you'll receive another shipping notification with a tracking number to your email address on file.
