I need troubleshooting help!Updated 7 days ago

Vacuum unit will not turn on
  • Check that the power cord is plugged in and the outlet is working
Vacuum unit stopped working abruptly
  • Check that the power cord is plugged in properly
  • Press the main power switch
  • Vacuum has an auto-shut off if it needs to cool down. Turn off the main power switch, and wait for device to cool down at least 60 minutes before trying again.
Vacuum unit's suction power is weakened
  • Empty the collection container
  • Check ALL filters (even underneath the HEPA filter) for excess debris and clean out. Where to locate your filters.
  • Check hose for clogs
  • Press the speed button to adjust the suction power level
AirClipper stopped working
  • Check for a build-up of debris underneath the blade (you need to pop the blade off the AirClipper to check this)
  • If an error message is displayed on your unit (FM-01 model will have blinking lights or FM-02 model will have an "8" on the screen): this is a short-protection mode. Something is jamming your blade. Remove and clean your blade. Remove the tool and unplug your machine to reset it. Replace blade as necessary
  • If you have the FM-01 unit, and find that the AirClipper only powers on when you move or angle it a certain way with the hose, there could be a wiring issue in your hose. The FM-01 model hose is fixed and cannot be replaced at home. Please reach out to our customer service team for this service with your order number from your original purchase. 
Nail Grinder stopped working
  • Check that the grinding bit can move freely by spinning with your fingers (no jam)
  • If an error message is displayed on your unit (FM-01 model will have blinking lights or FM-02 model will have an "8" on the screen): this is a short-protection mode. Something is jamming your nail grinder. Remove the tool and unplug your machine to reset it. 
  • If you have the FM-01 unit, and find that the Nail Grinder AND the AirClipper (please test this) only powers on when you move or angle it a certain way with the hose, there could be a wiring issue in your hose. The FM-01 model hose is fixed and cannot be replaced at home. Please reach out to our customer service team for this service with your order number from your original purchase.
